Anti-Money Laundering &
CFT Compliance Standards
GoDialPay enforces rigorous global compliance frameworks, automated sanction screenings, and on-chain blockchain risk forensics to maintain a safe financial ecosystem.
1. AML Framework Overview
GoDialPay is committed to preventing our payment acquiring rails, virtual card issuance engine, and USDT liquidity pipelines from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
2. Enhanced KYB (Know Your Business)
Every merchant must complete automated corporate underwriting prior to routing live volume. Required validation includes:
- Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum & Articles of Association.
- Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) verification for entities holding 25%+ equity.
- Valid gaming, forex, or financial services licenses where applicable.
3. On-Chain Crypto Forensics
All cryptocurrency settlement wallets (USDT TRC20/ERC20) and deposit streams are continuously audited via automated on-chain risk scoring algorithms. Wallets with ties to mixers, darknet markets, or illicit contract drains are automatically blocked.
4. Sanctions & PEP Screening
GoDialPay cross-references all merchant directors and transaction counterparties against international watchlists in real time, including OFAC, UN, EU, and UK HM Treasury sanction databases.
5. Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)
In accordance with international financial intelligence regulations, unusual volume anomalies, structured smurfing deposits, or unverified high-velocity transactions may trigger a SAR filing with relevant financial authorities without prior merchant notification.
6. Strictly Prohibited Activities
GoDialPay strictly prohibits the processing of funds related to child exploitation, unregistered weapon sales, illegal narcotics, intellectual property infringement, or direct transactions from comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions.
