Merchant Terms &
Operating Conditions
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing GoDialPay’s acquiring gateway, virtual card issuance services, and automated USDT settlement infrastructure.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or integrating GoDialPay APIs, you ("Merchant") enter into a legally binding contract with GoDialPay Ltd. These terms govern your access to payment gateway processing, virtual card services, and automated cryptocurrency settlements.
2. Merchant Eligibility & KYC/KYB
Merchants operating in high-risk categories (including iGaming, Forex Brokerages, Crypto Exchanges, and Digital Media SaaS) must provide valid corporate documentation and undergo automated KYB (Know Your Business) screening prior to gateway activation.
3. Acquiring Rails & USDT Settlements
All fiat transactions collected via credit or debit cards are converted and settled into stablecoins (USDT TRC20/ERC20) to the merchant's designated non-custodial wallet address. Standard settlements are initiated automatically every business day.
- Daily automated payouts without unnecessary bank wire holds.
- The merchant is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted destination blockchain wallet addresses.
4. Virtual Card Usage & Safeguards
Virtual Visa cards minted through GoDialPay Studio are strictly for corporate expenses, media buying (Google, Meta, TikTok Ads), and digital subscriptions.
- Decline Safeguard: Consecutive transaction declines due to insufficient funds incur a $0.99 penalty to protect BIN reputation.
- Auto-Freeze: Cards triggering 3 continuous decline events will be temporarily frozen for safety.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Defense
Merchants must maintain a dispute ratio below 1.0% of total processing volume. GoDialPay integrates early pre-dispute warning feeds (Ethoca / Verifi) allowing merchants to refund suspicious transactions before official bank chargeback fines occur.
6. Account Termination & Regulatory Updates
GoDialPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate gateway access if a merchant engages in sanctioned activities, fraud, or violations of international AML policies.
