When merchants register or integrate with GoDialPay, we collect business verification details (corporate registration, UBO identification), payment gateway transaction telemetry, API usage logs, and payout settlement addresses.
2. How Data is Processed
Collected telemetry is strictly processed to execute transaction routing, mitigate payment fraud, perform automated AML screenings, and fulfill daily USDT settlement disbursements.
3. PCI-DSS & Cryptographic Storage
GoDialPay enforces end-to-end tokenization. We never store raw primary account numbers (PAN) or CVV codes on unencrypted servers. Sensitive credentials undergo AES-256 GCM hardware encryption.

4. Blockchain & Public Ledger Records
Cryptocurrency settlements (USDT TRC20/ERC20) are permanently recorded on public decentralized distributed ledgers. While wallet addresses and transfer hashes are public on-chain, GoDialPay does not link personal merchant identities publicly.
6. Your Data Rights & Deletion
Merchants may request access to archived logs, rectification of outdated details, or account closure in compliance with global data privacy frameworks (including GDPR).
